Shipping policy

Normal Delivery (non-peak and/or non-seasonal period):

• Free delivery within Singapore for bouquets above $120.
• Exceptions apply to specific locations, such as airports, dormitories (incl. university), military camps, Jurong Island, Tuas, Sentosa and more!
• Ensure accurate delivery details, and redelivery available for $10.00.

Peak and Seasonal Periods:

• Delivery fees may change during peak periods (Chinese New Year, Christmas, and specified weeks in February and May).

Valentine's Day:

• Halt deliveries to specific locations during this period.

Delivery to Marina Bay Sands and Jewel Changi Airport:

• Notification to security office required for MBS and Jewel deliveries.
• CrochetSG.com not responsible for non-delivery without proper arrangements.

Delivery During F1:

• Road closures affect certain addresses during F1.
• No delivery to specified addresses during the F1 period.

Note: For all deliveries, ensure accurate recipient details, address, and gift messages. Amendments not possible during peak periods.
