1. Organiser
This campaign is run by CROCHETSG.COM (UEN 53480457L), 1003 Toa Payoh Industrial Park #04-1511, Singapore 319075 (“CrochetSG”, “we”, “us”).

2. Who can take part
2.1 Customers who placed an order on crochetsg.com, or the recipients of those orders.
2.2 Participants must be 18 or older. Anyone younger needs a parent or guardian’s consent.
2.3 CrochetSG staff and their immediate families are not eligible.

3. How to take part
3.1 Record a video of the CrochetSG green gift box being opened.
3.2 Post it on Instagram as a Reel or feed post from a public account. Tag @crochet_singapore and use #ShareTheLoveCrochetSG.
3.3 Post within 14 days of the delivery date.
3.4 Instagram Stories expire after 24 hours. If you post a Story, also send the video to us by Instagram DM so we can review it.

4. Content requirements
4.1 The video must be your own original, genuine content and must show the CrochetSG box and bouquet.
4.2 You must get permission from everyone who appears or is heard in the video, including the gift recipient. For anyone under 18, you need their parent or guardian’s consent.
4.3 Content must not be offensive or unlawful, and must not infringe anyone’s rights.
4.4 We may disqualify any entry that doesn’t meet these terms.

5. Featured videos and rebate
5.1 We choose which videos to feature at our sole discretion. We are not obliged to feature any video.
5.2 “Featured” means reposted or published by CrochetSG on any of our official channels.
5.3 For each featured video, we will rebate S$5 on the related order, paid by [refund to the original payment method] within [7] business days of the feature.
5.4 Limited to one rebate per order. Rebates are not exchangeable for cash (unless paid as a refund under 5.3) and cannot be transferred.
5.5 Orders that are cancelled or fully refunded are not eligible.
5.6 If the buyer and the person who posts are different people, the rebate goes to the buyer of the order.

6. Permission to use your video
6.1 By tagging us, you grant CrochetSG a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to repost, edit, crop, caption and use your video on our social media, website, and marketing and promotional materials, including paid advertising.
6.2 We will credit your Instagram handle where the format allows.
6.3 We may remove or replace the music in your video because of music licensing restrictions.
6.4 You keep ownership of your video.
6.5 You may ask us to stop using your video at any time by emailing hi@crochetsg.com. We will stop new uses within 14 days. We cannot recall content that has already been printed or distributed.

7. Personal data
We collect and use your Instagram handle, video and order details only to run this campaign, in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act and our Privacy Policy.

8. General
8.1 This campaign is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram or Meta.
8.2 We may change, suspend or end the campaign at any time. Changes do not affect rebates already earned.
8.3 Our decisions on eligibility and features are final.
8.4 These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore and sit alongside our Terms of Service.
